Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong size or a defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
